Whew. That medicine ball sure was heavy! I just got back for an hour and a half long workout at Kick Ice, Vermont's only synthetic ice arena! My dad took me there for the second time this week, and I started off by doing dryland, which included squats, wallsits, stickhandling with Quick Hands Balls, arms excercises, and balancing on a rolling ball while tossing a 10 pound medicine back and forth with my dad. Next, we got on the shooting range, where I did sets of quick feet, and shot a LOT of pucks. Then, I went out on the big ice and skated, and shot, with my cousin, Kendra. It was a LOT of fun, and I can't wait until Friday when I go there again. Also, on Friday, I am leaving for Hockey Night In Boston.
I CAN'T WAIT!
Tomorrow night, I have GRADUATION too , and I am soooooo excited to be going to high school next year !
I'll try and blog as soon as I can !
